Seeking land for horse pasture. 17 years of horse experience but new to running things myself.

Intent on running a boarding/lesson/training/breeding program for horses.
Will house mature show horses for lessons and breeding purposes, as well as mares in foal and weanlings. No studs will be kept on property.
Will also use some land to grow and cut hay to supplement feeding the horses.
