Seeking
- 101+ Total acres
- 51-100 Acres of pasture
- 51-100 Acres of hayland
Desired locations
Looking for pasture acreage to lease or partner for cattle grazing. Quality management and respectful land use.
Plan
As a Triad-area business owner for 23 years, I bring strong management discipline and financial stability to agricultural land stewardship. My primary focus is establishing a quality pasture-based operation centered on custom dairy heifer development.
I am also open to purchasing an established, closed beef cattle herd if the right fit aligns with the property. My land management practices focus on rotational grazing, soil health, active pasture maintenance, and respectful care of fences and water resources. Seeking a long-term lease or partnership with a landowner who values responsible land use.

Practices & Operational Approach:
- Collaborative Management: Close coordination with the stock owner to set, measure, and hit target growth and health benchmarks.
- Flexible Feeding: Adaptable to site facilities; utilizing rotational grazing or a pasture-and-TMR combination when custom forage is available.
- Heifer Performance: Focused on target ADG, frame growth, quiet handling, and strict biosecurity protocols.
- Land Stewardship: Soil health enhancement, pasture recovery, weed control, and clean facility maintenance.
Recognizing that every operation is unique, I prioritize practical flexibility and strong landlord/owner partnerships.

Experience details
Raised on a Registered Polled Hereford farm, with 4 years of FFA leadership and coursework in Farm Machinery. Operated a custom hay-hauling business before serving in the U.S. Air Force, continuing hands-on dairy herd management during and after military service.
Following work as a herd manager, I spent the past 25 years building and operating a successful B2B service business in the Triad. I am now combining a lifelong foundation in livestock husbandry and machinery operation with the strong capital backing and operational discipline gained over two decades of business ownership.
