I am Chef Brittany, the passionate founder of Sprouts and Spice Agriculture Academy, a forward-thinking educational initiative located in North Carolina. Our academy is dedicated to providing culinary education and nutrition information through hands-on agricultural activities. We primarily serve young people and familes helping them to understand and overcome the dietary challenges prevalent in their environments.

Our unique educational model involves students in planting, nurturing, and harvesting their own food plants, such as herbs, tomatoes, and potatoes. This practical approach is supplemented by culinary classes where students learn to create healthy meals from the food they grow, supporting a cycle of learning and eating that promotes wellness and sustainability.

To further our mission, we are actively seeking to purchase a tract of farmland ranging from 5 to 10 acres. The ideal land will have fertile soil and adequate water access, suitable for diverse agricultural uses and accessible for students from nearby communities. This land will become the heart of our hands-on learning environment, where students can engage directly with the farming process and understand the importance of sustainable agriculture.

We are looking for a straightforward land purchase, aiming to find a seller who is ready to pass their land on to an organization that will use it to educate and empower the next generation. We are prepared to negotiate a purchase that respects the value of the land and aligns with our funding capabilities, sourced from grants and community support.
