Plan
My years of exposure to agriculture and most honestly my Spirit led purpose to serve as steward and advocate for the land and it's creatures have placed me here at this time to connect with those who are and will be a part of this great assignment. I'm honored to continue the Stewardship work of those that have preceded me. My goals to increase production in growth of medicinal herbs and the wellness products that will be crafted from them as well as to create a space for nurture and reconnection are in direct alignment with my purpose.
Desired infrastructure
Equipment and infrastructure details
I'll be growing, harvesting, washing, drying and packaging and storing medicinal flowers and herbs so any infrastructure that helps with any of these processes would be great but not necessary.
Preferred type of opportunity
Opportunity details
I'd like to purchase or 2 or more acres of land in Mecklenburg or Cabarrus counties using standard, owner or lease-purchase financing. I'd love land that is either a current or previously working farm or land that is at least partially cleared of trees so that I can build a home if needed and start to grow medicinals soon after purchase.
Desired farming practices
Production goals
Goals details
I aspire to acquire land that will provide additional grow space for medicinal herbs as well as larger space to expand my apiary. I can then scale up my business with greater control over the herbs or bee products needed for my value added offerings.
I'd also like the land to serve as a space for others to reconnect to the land and find peace and healing through therapeutic horticulture and other experiences.

Experience details
My first experiences in agriculture were as a child helping on my grandparents' farm in Anson during summers and working with my master gardener mother in her food and flower gardens. As an adult I've managed a farm stand operation on the farm of Sow Much Good, a food justice nonprofit. I've also grown my own food and medicinals over the years. I've received farm business training through NC Farm School and through Green Heffa Farm's Sow Green Society.
