We are seeking a farm partner, landowner, or agricultural organization interested in building a practical, long-term sustainable agriculture project in Western North Carolina.
Our team brings experience in environmental sustainability, property and operations management, construction and repair coordination, project development, circular-economy systems, education, and community-focused programming. We are interested in working with farmers and landowners who value healthy soil, local food, responsible land stewardship, and opportunities for rural economic growth.
What We Hope to Build

Structures & Buildings: Existing barn or outbuilding (minimum 1,500 sq ft) suitable for remodeling into a processing, seed storage, and circular upcycling facility—barn conversions. Alternatively, cleared land with access and zoning approvals to build a custom eco-friendly facility.
Core Machinery & Power: Compact tractors with regenerative attachments (no-till drills, crimpers, subsoilers), solar/renewable power integration, rainwater harvesting, and smart irrigation setups.
Processing & Processing Infrastructure: On-site glass/organic material processing equipment, climate-controlled storage for organic yields, and washing/packaging stations.
