Equipment and infrastructure details

We are seeking a property with farmer housing. The more infrastructure the better. We will need a tractor for tillage, water access for drip and overhead irrigation, and cold storage for crops and cut flowers. A barn is a plus for equipment storage. High Tunnels and Cat Tunnels will also be utilized. Our business plan has a more detailed list of equipment and infrastructure needs. Prepared to secure micro loan from USDA for any needed equipment and infrastructure.
