I am a farm lover and exploring options to lease a 50 +Acres for 5+ years.
Plan
We are beginners in farming in USA and wanted to actively peruse in the coming years. Our plan is to lease a 50+ Acre and a min lease term for 5+ years and can look to extend. Right now we have different options on the crops we want to plant and depends on the kind of land we get and would actively discuss with the farmer once we had an opportunity.

In Ideal world we are looking for open, well-prepared agricultural or cleared land with the right soil and moisture conditions. But happy to work with the farmer and discuss the options they have.
