We are a couple looking for affordable land to establish our HOME and develop a homesteading project.
We want to GROW OUR OWN FOOD, raise small livestock, and expand our EDIBLE AND FUNCTIONAL MUSHROOM BUSINESS. We already have experience and PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT, and are looking for the right space to begin and grow.
We both work remotely and would live on the property FULL-TIME. We use natural, low-impact practices, care for the land, and maintain the property responsibly.
We are open to a WORK EXCHANGE FOR PART OF THE RENT and, long-term, would consider PURCHASING THE PROPERTY if it is a good fit for everyone.

We are primarily looking for a place where we can LIVE FULL-TIME, ideally with a house or cabin, although we would also consider a property where we are allowed to place a TINY HOME OR RV.
Reliable WATER ACCESS and INTERNET are important to us because we work remotely.
We want to gradually develop our HOMESTEAD, with a garden, small livestock, and space to expand our EDIBLE AND FUNCTIONAL MUSHROOM BUSINESS. We do not need the property to already have agricultural facilities; we can develop them ourselves over time.

We are primarily looking to LEASE A PROPERTY TO LIVE IN FULL-TIME and develop our homestead and mushroom business. We are open to different rental arrangements that work well for both parties.
We would also consider a LEASE WITH AN OPTION TO BUY if we find the right property. We are open to an arrangement where we can provide WORK IN EXCHANGE FOR PART OF THE RENT, depending on the property and the owner’s needs.

We seek to use ECOLOGICAL, LOW-IMPACT PRACTICES for our homestead and our EDIBLE AND FUNCTIONAL MUSHROOM BUSINESS. We avoid unnecessary synthetic chemicals and want to build healthy soil through COMPOSTING, MULCHING, AND CROP ROTATION.
We also want to raise small livestock responsibly and in ways that respect the land. WE ARE NOT CERTIFIED ORGANIC, but we follow organic principles and strive to care for the land as if it were our own.

Our goal is to establish a HOMESTEAD with a home garden to grow some of our own food and raise SMALL LIVESTOCK for our household needs. We also want to establish and expand our EDIBLE AND FUNCTIONAL MUSHROOM BUSINESS, including varieties valued both as food and for their WELLNESS-RELATED USES.
We are looking for a property that allows us to start on a small scale and GROW OVER TIME, increasing our production and the variety of crops and animals as the land allows.

We have developed practical skills in FOOD PRODUCTION, HOMESTEADING, ANIMAL CARE, AND NATURAL GROWING PRACTICES. We also have experience developing a MUSHROOM BUSINESS, including professional production equipment and cultivation practices.
We are continuing to learn, expand our skills, and build a SUSTAINABLE, LOW-IMPACT HOMESTEAD.
