Clinical Herbalist Seeking Land to Cultivate Medicinal Herbs + Steward Property with On-Site Presence

Medicinal herbs, apothecary plants, small-scale specialty crops, wellness-based agricultural production.

  • Farmer housing
  • Greenhouse
  • Well / Pond / Other water source

Equipment and infrastructure details

My infrastructure needs are minimal and focused on supporting small-scale herb cultivation. I require access to a reliable water source for plant care, such as a well or natural water supply. A small greenhouse or protected growing space would be beneficial but is not required.

I am seeking a setup that allows for a small, low-impact living structure on-site, as my work requires daily interaction with the land. My operation does not require heavy equipment, livestock facilities, or large infrastructure.

The goal is to maintain a clean, organized, and contained growing space that integrates easily into the existing property without disruption. I am adaptable to the existing layout of the land .

  • Lease (5+ Years)
  • Lease w/Option to Buy

Opportunity details

I am seeking a lease-based opportunity where I can establish a small-scale medicinal herb operation and maintain consistent use of the land. I am open to both short-term (1–5 years) and longer-term arrangements depending on the property and alignment. Ideally, I am looking for a stable setup that allows for continued growth over time, with the potential for a longer-term agreement or lease-to-own option if it is a good fit. I value clear expectations, mutual benefit, and a straightforward working relationship with the landowner.

  • Regenerative
  • Ecological production but not certified

Practices details

My approach to farming is rooted in ecological, low-impact practices that prioritize plant health, soil awareness, and sustainability over volume-based production.

I focus on small-scale medicinal herb cultivation using clean, chemical-free methods. This includes hand-tended growing, attention to seasonal cycles, and maintaining the natural balance of the land without heavy intervention.

While I am not currently operating under organic certification, my practices align with organic and regenerative principles, including avoiding synthetic inputs, supporting soil health, and working with the natural conditions of the environment.

  • Flowers / Herbs
  • Vegetables

Goals details

My production focus is small-scale medicinal herb cultivation, prioritizing quality and consistency over volume. I plan to grow calendula, lemon balm, peppermint, chamomile, mullein, and tulsi, using ecological, low-impact methods without synthetic inputs. My approach is hand-tended and aligned with seasonal cycles and soil conditions. Herbs will be used to produce teas, tinctures, oils, and infusions in small batches. This is a contained, non-disruptive operation designed to maintain clean use of space, adapt to the land, and contribute to overall property value and purpose.

Experience details

I have over 15 years of experience as a Clinical and Spiritual Herbalist, with a focus on plant-based wellness, medicinal herb use, and holistic health practices. My training has been both formal and experiential, rooted in herbalism, plant identification, preparation methods, and the practical application of herbs for health and wellness.

My work includes sourcing, handling, and working with a wide range of medicinal plants, as well as understanding their growing conditions, seasonal cycles, and proper use. I have experience creating herbal preparations such as teas, tinctures, oils, and infusions, which requires knowledge of plant properties, harvesting practices, and preservation methods.
