Dairy Production: Establishing a small, manageable herd of dairy cows and milk goats to provide fresh dairy products, emphasizing health and humane milking practices.
Produce Gardens: Developing both small-scale market gardens and larger garden plots for growing seasonal produce, focusing on soil health and fertility management.
