Plan
Enjoy farming, definitely not making money for income, just trying to have them cover their expenses. Maintain land for private, personal use, pets and plants, outdoor space with nature when I transition out of farming. Currently maintaining a small 10+/- herd of Hereford pet cows bred to Registered Angus Bull for baldy calves. Rotational grazing, beef quality standards, pasture and fence maintenance.

Need storage for equipment and pets, pasture and shade for a small cow herd. Need power and water. Prefer to live with animals or at least close by. Automatic waterer a plus. Can provide some fencing, panels, equipment, and storage if needed for the right property/price and situation. Looking for a private, safe place for personal use where other people will not be in my business. Need to lease/relocate and maybe eventually buy when my farm sells.

Experience details
I was raised and trained working after school cleaning stalls and tack, caring for horses at the local riding center for the opportunity to ride ponies. Bought my own horses, leased a farm until I purchased farms for my private show horses. Very expensive hobby, not generating income. Worked with vets and local ag agents on pasture management, health, breeding. Also fencing and hauling. Transitioned to beef cattle in 2013 to generate some income for expenses. Initially bred AI, then purchased an Angus bull to cut cost. Attended reproduction and cattle health workshops through VT and cattleman's meetings/local extension agents. AAS degree in mechanical drafting and design, BS degree in IT.
