Seeking land to lease for cut flower farming

  • Barn
  • Greenhouse

Equipment and infrastructure details

I will not need a potting shed or barn for the first few years, but would like the option to bring my own or use one on-site in the future.

  • Lease (1 to 5 Years)
  • Lease w/Option to Buy

Opportunity details

My budget is $250/month for land lease or lease to own.

  • Transitioning to organic

Practices details

I would like to operate as an organic flower farm, taking advantage of natural pesticide strategies and aligning my business with sustainable practices.

  • Flowers / Herbs
  • Honey bees

Goals details

With my selling season running from February through October, I'd like year round access to 1-3 acres of cleared land to till, amend, plant, and harvest for my cut flower harvests.  I'd also like to set up three hives of honeybees on the edges of this area for honey production as well.
