Opportunity details
Liquidating property assets and changing gears. Looking to start a small cattle and equine operation. Learning the ropes and building out a herd until I'm able to purchase my own land. Open to lease to buy arrangements as well as simple leases. The operation will be commercial but heavily geared towards outreach and youth with most profits working towards the goal of building a youth camp. Starts with a few head of cattle and a track system.
