I am looking to purchase an old farm. 20-30 acres. We want to farm and rescue animals.

I plan to have a small regenerative/ organic farm to raise a few sheep and pigs. I would like to continue researching and start a small Fallow Deer Farm as well. Plan on having bees and garden as well as growing ball and burlap trees to sell.

Besides farming to build a long term business for my kids, we will also be rescuing animals. My wife and daughter want to have the space to keep rescues as well as be a place for emergency rescue needs until something else is available.
