We are looking for 5-10 acres. With woods and a pasture, active garden beds, greenhouse, farm equipment.
Plan
Current practices focus on clean substrate preparation, precise humidity and temperature control, and strict sanitation to prevent contamination. Planned improvements often include automation for climate control, better spawn sourcing, improved packaging, and more sustainable use of agricultural waste as growing media. Plan on using spent substrate from compost to use later in vegetable beds & flower beds for the Apiary.

Preferably a 24x48 or larger garage, insulated, heated/ac, electrical. So I can have a clean room, incubation room and a grow room.

Plan on using a hoop tunnels, greenhouse, raised garden beds to produce vegetables for us and a farmers market with cover crops. Using the soil from the mushroom compost and other vegetation for vegetable & flower beds. Want to expand our mushroom & microgreens business. Tend to our own Bee's & Chickens for our own Honey & eggs. We just want to be more sustainable and rely on our own food, honey, eggs, vegetables & mushrooms. We would like to be all Organic and not use any fertilizers.
