Plan
I was raised in a family of cattle farmers in Boone, NC and when I was in high school I started working on the farms fixing fence, putting up hay, feeding the cattle and horses, and tending to the property maintenance needs such as bush hogging and spraying weeds out. My wife and I moved to Wendell in 2023 and I’m looking for land now to start slowly building up my own cattle operation. We plan on starting small with about 20 head as to make everything manageable while we’re getting our feet wet as new farm owners.
