Just looking for more grass to help keep the horses healthy. We (my wife and I) have "farmed" our whole lives. Just recently purchased horses. Our property doesn't have enough grass/pasture land to adequately hold our herd without feeding hay year round.

  • Barn
  • Fencing
  • Well / Pond / Other water source

Equipment and infrastructure details

Barn isn't necessary but welcomed. Water, or at least access to water, is a necessity. Fencing is preferred but not necessary. Will construct fencing at personal expense if option for removal is included in lease agreement.
