Chef and gardener currently farming quarter acre market garden style homestead. Hope to purchase larger farm with home

I am a full time chef and utilize intensive then passive natural farming techniques in a no till or low till permanent bed system.  This passive aggressive gardening style uses lots of cover crop, intensive plantings, and automated systems to provide yields while only actually working the farm 8-16 hours per person, per week.  Markets include direct sales to chefs and restaurants, while most produce goes directly to my restaurant for immediate use.

Experience details

I am a self taught first generating market gardener with a certificate in permaculture design.  All of my experience is hands on bootstrapping learning through trail and error. I created my quarter of an acre market garden in 2015.  I've grow mostly annual vegetables, with some perennial fruit production, and have experienced raising small livestock within that system.
