I am an agricultural entrepreneur looking to lease an established, operating farm in North Carolina. I am particularly interested in vegetable and other labor-intensive farms with existing infrastructure, equipment, irrigation, and established markets.

My goal is to operate the farm as a long-term business with professional local management and legally hire seasonal agricultural workers through the H-2A program. I am open to different farm sizes and lease structures and would be interested in speaking with farmers who are planning to retire, transition, or lease their operation.
