20+ acres with home, some cropland and some wooded.

I work remote full-time and plan to farm part-time until the business generates enough income to replace my corporate job and I can operate the farm full-time. My growing plans include veggies, herbs and medicinal flowers. I will also produce pasture raised chickens, pigs, and meat rabbits. Agrotourism will also be at the forefront, with U-pick berries, educational workshops, a small farm stand to sell homemade value-add products and local goods from neighboring farms, and monthly dinners curated with local chefs.

Experience details

I am a homesteader looking to expand my operation so I can provide organic food and value-add products to the public. I grow veggies, compost on-site, and have 5 years experience caring for horses and chickens. I recently completed a workshop on processing chickens and plan to continue expanding my knowledge on processing other animals.
