Looking for a small plot to grow medicinal herbs for a startup- incubators and co-ops welcome.

I started a small business making value-added herbal products and want to expand my herb growing operation so I am growing most or all of what I use in my products. I would love to start small- 1/4 acre-1/2 acre and have the potential to expand as the business grows. I make herbal infused lotion, creams, salves, and oils.
