Equipment and infrastructure details

RareBreed Legacy Farms seeks 2–5 additional usable acres near High Point, NC, with reliable water, suitable soil, and room for crops, flowers, herbs, and small livestock. Fencing, irrigation, greenhouse space, equipment storage, and livestock facilities are preferred, but not all are required. We have existing farm equipment and infrastructure and can make improvements gradually. Barn space, cold storage, and processing facilities would support future expansion. We intend to maintain our current residence but would consider a suitable property with farmer housing if an affordable opportunity becomes available. Long-term land access and responsible stewardship are priorities.
