Plan
Restoration Farm utilizes a "No-Wrong-Door" hybrid farm model that bridges the gap between traditional clinical therapy and community-integrated healing. The “No Wrong Door” model is a systems‑level approach used across behavioral health, youth justice, long‑term care, and crisis response. Its core idea is simple: no matter where a person enters the system, they should be connected to the right services without being turned away, bounced around, or forced to repeat their story. By combining the professional rigor of licensed clinical counseling with a non-stigmatizing environment participants work towards healing through grounding and aiding in the farm's capital profit.

Preferred type of opportunity
Opportunity details
I am looking for a farm for owner finance, granted purchased, or donated. I am applying for grants to purchase a property. It must have a water source such as a pond or lake. Land should not be in a HOA property, nor should it have restrictive measures preventing the creation of a therapeutic farm. It is a plus to have an existing well and a septic system in place, or at the least it must be able to perk for septic & well. Existing solid buildings are a plus, such as barns, storage silos, etc. No land locked properties, must have a large enough easement connecting to public road or street. It would truly be a blessing if someone donated this land, someone who believes in this vision.
Desired farming practices
Practices details
Raised on a sharecropping farm until age 15 and a 4-H’er from age 7, I’ve dedicated my life to agriculture and community empowerment. I’ve launched 4-H programs at a homeless shelter in Colorado and a detention center in Maryland. Today, I teach adult gardening classes and build school gardens for neurodivergent students. Each initiative combines fruit and vegetable cultivation with mindfulness techniques, helping participants heal mind and body through hands-on connection with the soil.
Production goals
Goals details
Restoration Farm employs regenerative, natural methods focused on soil health, animal welfare, and environmental stewardship. Crop systems use no-till practices, composted manure, cover crops, and crop rotation—avoiding chemical pesticides and synthetic fertilizers to preserve soil life and reduce pests. Livestock care centers on miniature goats using rotational pasture grazing and gentle, low-stress handling with quality shelter. The apiary practices chemical-free, natural beekeeping with native forage and clean water to protect local pollinators. These sustainable practices create a healthier ecosystem across crops, pastures, and hives. Our goal is to enhance and grow with the environment.

Experience details
Growing up on a sharecropping farm until age fifteen and joining 4-H at seven years old laid the foundation for my lifelong passion for agriculture and community leadership. Across every stage of my life, I have nurtured this connection—growing my own food at home, cultivating community gardens, and leveraging hands-on agricultural education to empower, educate, and heal others.
Throughout my journey, I have established impactful 4-H programs tailored to vulnerable populations, including a 4-H youth program at a homeless shelter in Pueblo, Colorado, and another one at a detention center in Chestertown, MD, teaching emotional regulation and mindfulness via soil and environmental grounding.
