As a North Carolina Realtor, my mission is to pay the success forward and be the "professional problem solver" to match great farms with grateful caretakers. I created this profile both as a "seeker" and "owner" because I want you to reach out to me when you run up against barriers to finding what you need (I lived through that challenge, and now I have built the tools to locate properties that might not be obvious to you.) My intention at Post Oak Properties is to be different than the big national land buyers who might not understand our local concerns, and might not fight for small/new farmers, and might not be looking out for the interests of farm owners who prefer to see their legacy continue into the next generation of farmers.
