Seeking farmland to buy or lease to raise pigs and grow high-value crops.

I am planning to start a diversified farm focused on livestock and high-value crops. My primary interest is raising pigs using rotational grazing systems combined with sustainable land management. I also plan to grow high-value crops such as garlic, specialty mushrooms, and lavender.

My goal is to build a small but productive farm that integrates livestock and crop production to improve soil health and create multiple income streams. I am looking for farmland where I can either buy, lease, or partner with a landowner. I am committed to developing a long-term farming operation and working responsibly with the land.
