We’re a family looking for a farm that we can call home, care for, and eventually own. Our goal is to build a long-term life on the land while respecting what the current owner has created.
We’re interested in regenerative gardening, fruit trees and food forests, small-scale farming, and raising our children with a strong connection to the land. We would like to improve the property over time through thoughtful maintenance, soil improvement, planting, and responsible stewardship.
Long term, we hope to create a small nature-based retreat with a few thoughtfully placed cabins or glamping sites, along with space for music, yoga, family gatherings, and community events. We are not looking to turn

Opportunity details
We are looking for a long-term opportunity to make a farm our family home and eventually own it. We are especially interested in owner financing or a lease with an option to purchase. We would also value mentorship from an experienced farmer who can teach us about the land, its history, and successful farming practices. Our goal is to care for and improve the property, grow fruit trees and seasonal crops, expand our farming knowledge, and continue the farm’s legacy rather than see it disappear or be developed.

Experience details
I don’t come from a traditional farming background, but growing food and working with the land has become a real passion of mine. I’ve grown many varieties of fruit trees, maintained seasonal vegetable gardens, and spent years learning through hands-on experience.
I know I still have a lot to learn, and that’s something I’m excited about. I would especially value the opportunity to learn from an experienced farmer and carry forward the knowledge they’ve gained over the years.
