Aspiring farmer seeking land near Cary/Apex to start small, gain experience, and build a sustainable farm.

I am an aspiring farmer looking to start a small, part-time farming operation in North Carolina. I plan to begin on a manageable scale, gain hands-on experience, and gradually expand as I develop my farming skills. I am interested in sustainable farming practices, growing fresh produce, and making responsible use of the land. I am open to leasing farmland and learning from experienced farmers and the local agricultural community.

  • Well / Pond / Other water source

Equipment and infrastructure details

I prefer land with a reliable water source and irrigation equipment suitable for vegetable, herb, and flower production. Access to basic farm equipment, a barn or storage area, greenhouse space, and cold storage would be beneficial but is not required. I am flexible and open to developing infrastructure gradually as the farm grows.
