Looking for lease to probable buying option, 1 to 5 acres for vegetables and flower farming. I use organic practices.

I farm almost one acre of work land and personal land together. I have animal husbandry experience focusing on chickens, ducks, and rabbits.

I grow vegetables and flowers, flowers for market bouquets and veg for the farmers market as well. I am a licensed seed  dealer for the state and I have on going education in flower farming through the Floret workshop.

I am a farm manager currently through Growing High Point and own my own 501(3c) under Wild Bloom Garden Company.

I use organic practices in growing and have a permaculture mind set.

  • Farmer housing
  • Barn
  • Fencing
  • Farm equipment
  • Irrigation equipment
  • Cold storage (cooler/freezer)
  • Well / Pond / Other water source

Equipment and infrastructure details

Preferred at least storage for farm equipment, ability to place irrigation if not already there and possibly a pond to bring my ducks to. I have a greenhouse already I can build on the property and tools to bring. A huge bonus if there is housing!

  • Sale (Owner Financed)
  • Lease (1 to 5 Years)
  • Lease w/Option to Buy

Opportunity details

I would love to be able to lease with an option to buy the land. I want to make a secure foundation for myself and once I find a spot I’d love to stay there and grow forever. I want to make the land a home for myself but also work in partnership with the seller.

  • Regenerative
  • Ecological production but not certified

Practices details

I use organic practices but I am not certified. I have knowledge in regenerative soils and do not use any fungicides, pesticides, or insecticide in my farming practices

  • Flowers / Herbs
  • Honey bees
  • Vegetables

Goals details

My desire to acquire land is to be full time farming. I am a vegetable farmer for my family and flower farmer for profit. My goals are to be able to provide my community with the beauty of flowers as well as growing my own food. I’d hope to incorporate bees into the land as well as that will maximize the production and profit aspect. I already have resources and currently sell, seeds, sourdough, soaps, breads and veg and provide cooking workshops. I want to bring it all to one place as a one stop shop of production, beauty, and sustainability.
