8 flat, cleared, sunny acres of bottomland on the N. Toe River waiting for you

We have an 11 acre property, all of it was an old cow farm for the last 100 years. It is located 15 mins past Spruce Pine, NC off of 19N. A few acres are up above on a hill but most of it (approximately 8 acres) is 100% flat as can be bottomland. right on the North Toe River. It has gorgeous dark bottomland soil but miraculously, neighboring farmers say the field doesn't flood. The soil is clean- no toxins or pesticides; it's been a cow farm forever so just lots of manure. There is electricity and a good well with a water line that down in the field. This section of the North Toe River sits above stream of the mines that pollute it later down. We're hoping to find a farmer who grows organically even if it's not certified.
