The previous owners of this property were llama farmers. There are some smaller fenced in areas. The llamas used to roam freely though - there is a perimeter fence but I'm not sure how reliable or complete it is. We are looking to create something new, while leveraging what is already here.

  • Fencing
  • Livestock facilities
  • Well / Pond / Other water source

Feature details

There are 4 separate fenced in areas, one having a built shelter for animals and for storage/working. There is well water on the property that has good yield. We have underground power to all structures. As said earlier, I'm not sure of the state of the perimeter fence. We are open to economical improvements and updates!

Production details

No current production on farm (we are new owners).

Practice details

Former owners were llama farmers. Unclear whether they followed any particular practices.

Opportunity details

I believe we are interested in a flexible leasing arrangement or something along those lines.

Additional information about this property

We are building a modest hospitality company on the property and are hoping to find collaborators to help build and maintain a small farm alongside.
