Hi,

 

  We have a lovely property in Anson County.  It is 20 acres overall with about 10 acres of pasture, with lots of trees and several rental cabins.  We currently run small livestock, Dexter Cattle and Dorper x Kathadin sheep and chickens on a rotational grazing plan.  We are looking for a farmer(s) to better utilize the land.

  The deal would include housing in one of the rental cabins, and you could keep the proceeds of your farm sales.  We would like to keep at least some of the cows and sheep on the property for meat, and would take a portion of any produce that you grow.

  We are happy to work with younger or older farmers, with kids or without.
