the new barn with 2 large stalls, and 4 small stalls. side door leads into a smaller fenced area. main door leads to the large fenced lot view looking down towards water shelter and chicken area back side of large building. this side faces the farm area. the other side has 2 large roll up doors. on the side is a large open and covered bay water retention containers, roofed, with new pond in background a view up to the airbnb new chicken coop new pond. work in progress, but it should hold about 10-15000 gallons of water when at it's capacity. only about 3' at deepest area watermelons planted and growing on the pond side hill another shot of the 4 water containers. shows the large fenced yard, airbnb in distance, and barn another small fenced garden area. it's overgrown, but there are roughly 20 watermelons growing in there

This is a very small/starter farm, with plans for crops (various food) and small animals (goal is chicken, goat, sheep or llama/alpaca, pig).  Would seek to grow from this small farm to larger farm, as experience and effectiveness permits

Feature details

very flexible here on equipment, as we are essentially a startup.  our first fence was installed last week.  barn is basically complete.  pond has been dug and starting to hold more water.  we have a well on site, plus a large building, and a shed so far.  plenty of shovels:)

nothing much yet.  we have most recently just completed the restoration of an old house on the site, and currently rent it out through airbnb.  we grew pumpkins last fall, and did fairly well, but it was primarily done to give away to our families.  we are growing watermelon, and had some cucumbers.  but we see tons of potential spaces to have many types of garden and plants
