very flexible here on equipment, as we are essentially a startup. our first fence was installed last week. barn is under construction. we have a well on site, plus a large building, and a shed so far. plenty of shovels:)

nothing yet. we have most recently just completed the restoration of an old house on the site, and currently rent it out through airbnb. we grew pumpkins in the fall, and did fairly well, but it was primarily done to give away to our families
