Opportunity details

We are looking for someone to lease and operate the property as an active farm. The farm is set up as a pasture based, farmstead dairy making value added products. The facilities can be upgraded to Grade A allowing the sale of liquid milk. The property would also work well for a beef or calf/cow operation

Preference given to anyone interested in continuing Water Buffalo production but not required

Getting started in farming is difficult. Therefore, we have options to lease all or only parts of the available farm/equipment and add more later as you grow from $1,500/mo. for pasture only to $4,800/mo. for all buildings and 2,100 sq ft. house.

Mentoring available from current owner
