Until three years ago, the property was producing hemp commercially, both under cover and field grown. Our vision is to produce food and cut flowers using regenerative farming, both in the greenhouses and on the two upper and lower pastures. The land is bordered by a bold creek and a spring cuts through the middle of the property.

We're creating a collaborative on our 22.69 acre site of mixed forest and pasture where we will assist folks in creating various micro enterprises such as mushroom growing, raising poultry, growing organic produce in our two 145' x 20' greenhouses or team up with those called to the hosting of healing modalities such as breathwork, meditation, yoga, grief ritual, etc. Our vision is to create a vital space for wholesome living, healing and deep connection. Currently, we're rehabbing a 1,000 sf cottage on site. After this, we'll be adding more infrastructure (bath house and outdoor kitchen, sauna, hot tub, tiny homes, art studio). Owners will initially move onto the property once the cottage is rehabbed. In addition to growing wholesome food, long term plan is to create a creative arts and healing center on the property, with art spaces and a public gathering space for healing ceremonies and events.
