I do not let tenants use my equipment (tractor, truck, bushhog, haybine, hay rake, zero turn mower)..the repairs have proved to be too expensive!

Production details
The sheep farmer already leases most of the pasture land though he does not have the capability to mow or harvest hay on the fields he leases. There is one fenced pasture set aside for which we seek a tenant looking to board a horse or two.

Additional information about this property
I am the owner but do not live on the farm. I have a camper there that I use when I visit two or three times a year to check on everything. The sheep farmer who currently leases the 15 acres of pasture uses the south half of the barn for his sheep. The north side of the barn (two stalls) is available for horses as is one fenced 2 acre pasture.
