Opportunity details

We are looking for partners and leasers for our Family Farm on the Northeast Cape Fear River. We have specific visions ourselves for the space (organic winery, ornamentals, mushrooms, greenhouse plants, blueberries, fruit, CSA, and truffles) and also want to work with others to support aligned visions.

Additional information about this property

Owner lives on part of property; we are fixing it up now and getting it ready. We plan to do organic / sustainable, and, as described above, try a variety of agricultural products and agritourism. We are registered with WWOOF USA and host guest workers on the build out now and have an off site small guest house and experimental half acre garden / farm in progress.
