27 acres of sandy soil on the NE Cape Fear River in New Hanover County, plus .75 acres down the road at a guest house for experimental crops, plus a space for a farmers market down the street. We have clearing to do on the main land and plans for agritourism and beautification of the property. We are still building the greenhouse and pole barns but have the material gathered up. We have tractors and implements.
