Opportunity details

We have a family farm in Chatham County, NC. We have ~40 acres in fields.  These field's have not been farmed for ~30 years.  The field's are bush-hogged 2-3 times annually.  We have tractors, water, out buildings and various equipment.  We would make the investments for high tunnel system and anything else required.

Our vision is a small (5-10 acre) organic vegetable and flower farm, and grow organic hay on 15-30 acres.  We have about 1/2 acre of pick-your-own blueberries. 

We are located in an excellent geographic market with easy access to farmers markets and communities.
