Until three years ago, the property was producing hemp commercially, both under cover and field grown. There is also the opportunity to grow greenhouse microgreens, tomatoes and other food crops. Potential housing in the short-term would be RV provided by the greenhouse manager. Owner will be rehabbing a cottage on the property that can provide future housing.

Opportunity details
This is an opportunity for an experienced greenhouse hemp grower to return two greenhouses (20' x 108' each) into production. Ventilation, gas-fired heaters and much of the drip irrigation infrastructure already in place, as well as the planting beds. An insulated steel building (25' x 50') on a concrete slab, with fans and hvac unit, sits beside the greenhouses and was used for processing. Production was full on until about three years ago. Compensation for the greenhouse manager is negotiable, with an equity share possible.

Additional information about this property
Owners will initially move onto the property once the cottage is rehabbed. Long term plan is to create a creative arts and healing center on the property, with art spaces and a public maloka-style gathering space for healing ceremonies and events.
