We are looking to sell our acreage with house, fields, fencing, pasture. Not developed or farmed but regularly bushogged -- still good for hay, beef, other crops. Majority of pasture below floods 1x / 1-2 years. Neighbors have wide fields in corn. Used to be beef, goats on our land below. Fence in good shape, 2 acres plus another ~1acre field. Does not border French Broad River, but river within walking distance through neighbors property below, friendly relationships with neighbors.

Additional information about this property

Friendly family next door with 2 children, around 4 years old. Other neighbors landscaping company. All have tractors. Horses popular in neighboring properties.

Acreage is in an HOA which has not been active in many years. There are minimum acreage requirements (I think 5 acres per resident?) but it's loose enforcement currently. Landscaping neighbors recently built a mother-in-law cabin.
