Production details

Former Christmas tree farm. We would like to have someone to raise livestock, sheep, chickens, etc. and a garden for crops-this is our second home. We would like to transition to full time but would like to start a farm before we live there full time. Need someone who knows their stuff, is organized ,can build a farm from the ground up -fencing, shelter, equipment. Want regenerative . Long term plan to have our entire extended family to live there. We have 3 homes on the property, but nothing available for the farmer at this time. Would consider a caretaker/farmer situation
