Opportunity details
Currently, we are looking for an individual or couple who are interested in operating a small market garden on the property. We have approximately 12,000 square feet of prime bottom land available for new seasonal crops, multiple areas for perennial crops, and extensive forest product potential. The seasonal vegetable production would be operated by the individual or couple with some support from us (tractor work, etc.) and the perennials would be collaborative with us. Initially, lodging would be a downstairs "apartment" in our house, and then in a new tiny house.
