Hoop houses average $.20 sq ft and are spring pond water fed, fitted with exhaust and cooling fans, overhead circulation fans and 2-layer poly wrap and have access to natural gas. All rentals are located within our sustainable agribusiness community and enjoy shared resources such as: free wifi, conference room and office space, community building and networking events, access to our pond, forested hiking trails and the ability to be a vendor at our public events.
