Opportunity details

Tap Roots Farm was established in 1852.

These opportunities are flexible. We will lease to a farm operator or up to 3 operators. We want to find someone with enough experience to maintain a herd of up to 50 or 100 goats. We want to find someone who can grow crops for sale. Another individual may want to raise poultry to sell or 1 operator may like to have all three opportunities. Property owners may invest in these ventures for a percentage of the gross product or for product sharing.
