We have property on both sides of Pless Mill Rd, starting at the corner of Big Lick rd. The lower west side is extremely flat with easy entry and exit pretty much anywhere on the lot, and has an old country store still standing at the intersection. The north eastern field has easy entrance, gentle rolling hills with treelines all around. It has well at the top of the hill where the old house used to be. The property on both sides of Pless Mill has well water. The land has been used for Hay for the last several decades and always produces nicely. The lower lot would be perfect for vegetable crops and road side farm stand.

We have a family house between the two lots but it doesn't affect the use of the fields whatsoever. We want to see the land used in a responsible manner. No preference on Hay, wheat, corn or anything else. open to all offers. We use the woods behind the fields, but we do not traverse the fields.
